All registration activities are completed online at  https://www.ppalregistration.com/We will also be offering a few opportunities for face-to-face registrations; however, you will still be reqiured to upload your documents to the registration portal to complete your registration.  When registering online, you will be prompted to upload all the required documents in jpg format.  The link is mobile friendly and you can use a smartphone camera or a scanner to upload your documents.  Make sure it is in jpg format.

 

Requirements for Registration 

  • Early Registration- Before March 31st- $175/After March 31-$225- both fees are non-refundable
  • $225 for football - payment can be sent to our address: Trinity Mustangs Organization 3152 Little Rd. #175 Trinity, fl 34655
  • (payable to Trinity PPAL) or paid during equipment distribution  
  • An uploaded copy of Birth Certificate (jpg. format)
  • An uploaded copy of Parent/Guardian Driver's License (jpg. format)
  • An uploaded copy of a 2016 Utility Bill for proof of residency (jpg. format)
  • An uploaded copy of Sports Physical dated in 2016 AND stamped by physician (pdf. format)
  • An uploaded copy of a current photo of each child within the past YEAR (jpg. format)
  • Must live within TPAL boundary (or submit a Waiver request to the director)

 

 

What Does the Cost Cover?

  • Includes Game Jersey (which players keep after the season is over)
  • Covers equipment rental (helmet, shoulder pads, game pants)
  • Covers field rental from SSMS and MHS for practice and game days
  • Covers referee fees

 

 

Volunteer Commitement

Each family is required to volunteer four hours during the season.  Please read more information about the Moms & Dads Club on our website.
